Finish Out Friday on a High Note with this Stunning Kingston Rental, $1500/mo.
Kandy Harris | March 11, 2016The houses located on West Chestnut in downtown Kingston are truly something to behold. Historic Victorians, Colonials, brick beauties, and meticulous-looking renovations are what you can expect to find in the neighborhood. What’s not so attractive are the property taxes, which are also well-known along West Chestnut Street.
Luckily, there’s a way around those pesky property taxes, and that’s to rent, instead. This 2-bedroom rental happens to be our favorite on the Kingston renal market right now. Who can blame us? The living room is certainly inviting with wood floors, high ceilings, and a fireplace. However, what we’re drooling over is the airy glass-encased sunroom, its presence alone making it worth the monthly rent. Also includes a back porch.
Hop on your bike and head down the hill toward the Rondout and tons of good food, boutiques, and a marina. The bike ride back home is a real beast, but think of all the money you’ll save on a gym membership, all while living in Kingston’s prettiest neighborhood.
