Five-Figure Friday properties are notoriously “works in progress,” and today’s pick in Sullivan County’s Fremont Center is no exception.

But this three-bedroom diamond in the rough is a roomy 1,100 square feet, and—although it needs a new heating system, and the status of other utilities is unknown, according to the listing—the pictures look like the house is livable with a little investment, both financial and physical.
