The town of Bainbridge is pretty far west. Located along the Susquehanna River in Chenango County, Bainbridge looks like a sweet little town and could be a contender for a future Town of the Week. Meanwhile, here’s a juicy tidbit of real estate in the form of a Victorian cottage with a cute front porch. The inside could use some updating, but overall, it looks decent to us, especially for less than 60 grand. Lot size is over a half-acre, and it’s situated just south of Main Street.
