Five-Figure Friday: Catskill Village Home, $84,900
Kandy Harris | March 14, 2014Catskill (both town and village) is a great place to scout for properties priced less than $100,000. We think we like this one, although the pictures are a bit of a mystery and don’t shed much light on what’s really going on inside. The wood floors look good. It’s got big windows. But other than beds, radiators, and a picture of the kitchen sink, we don’t know anything else. The listing says it’s a two-family but the owner will take out one of the two kitchens for conversion into a single-family. Located right in the village on a street that connects to Main Street. Lot size is tiny.
