Five Figure Friday: Catskill Village Victorian, $94,500

When we discovered this adorable Victorian on Division Street in the Greene County village of Catskill, we went right to the GMAP to look at the Streetview, which was taken in May of 2012. The house looks a whole lot better now than it did back then, so clearly work has been done. Still, we’re a bit on the fence about the pastel exterior, but the inside more than makes up for it. The burnt orange totally works for us, as do the checkerboard floors in the kitchen. It’s a beauty, and cheap, to boot.
