Looking to spend half your morning falling down the rabbit hole of five-figure properties? It’s certainly one of our favorite activities. If you want to join in the fun, simply plug “Ellenville, NY” into your property search and set up the price criteria to $100,000-$50,000. It will yield a bumper crop of places like this nifty cottage, located right in the village. The Ulster County city of Ellenville (which also contains the quaint village of Ellenville) was a Town of the Week last year, and it may be one again in the near future, since the market has seen enough to turn-over. Perhaps we’ll even do an entire week of five-figure properties. Stay tuned.

Meanwhile, we love this little yellow cutie. Definitely needs some work, but oh, the potential. Lot size is small, a quarter of an acre, but big enough to enjoy the yard.
