We haven’t been to the hamlet of South Fallsburg in Sullivan County yet, but it does seem to have a small town center that includes a few stores, banks, and a public library. This cute, inexpensive cottage is walking distance to it all, and it includes a view of the water nearby. Also includes hardwood floors, 2 beds/2 baths, and half-acre of land. Modest and small, it could be freshened up and transformed into a sweet Catskills escape pad. We think it could use a patio around back.
