It’s quaint, cute, and on a lake, to boot. Actually, it’s not a bad size for $45,000: 1,100 square feet and 3 beds/2 baths. It’s part of a 57-acre lake community that includes a pool as well as the lake. Love the view from the deck. Swan Lake is located in Sullivan County, and Swan Lake itself is just a bit east of this house on Briscoe Road. Can you tell we vacation on the brain lately?
