Five-Figure Fridays are few and far between.

But here we are, in the Sullivan County town of Neversink, and the hamlet of Claryville, to be exact. This is a one-bedroom, one-bath home with a barn on 2.2 acres, and yes, it squeaks in at $99,000.

It was built in 1900, and some of the gorgeous original woodwork remains, like here on the staircase and window trim.

The property is on the southern edge of a lot of great hiking: Willowemoc Wild Forest, Big Indian Wilderness, Sundown Wild Forest, Red Hill Fire Tower Trail, and others. And the Neversink River is across the street, though the property is not in a flood zone, according to the listing.
