We are really digging the houses in Walton this week, and this 1,600-square-foot cutie definitely sealed the deal for us. The location is good, too: Walking distance to lots in the village, and the half-acre lot size is bigger than your standard residential lot. Not much work to be done here, although we would consider sprucing up the kitchen a bit, and we suspect there are hard wood floors under that drag grey area rug in the living room. The second floor carpeting would go, too. Otherwise, when can we move in?
