The village of Wurtsboro in the town of Mamakating, located just east of Rock Hill (our Town of the Week), is a treasure trove of five-figure properties. We found a few gems that need lots of work, but this one seems to need only a little. We love the wood stove, the kitchen, even the creepy (in a good way!) stone basement set up. Nice stone work along the foundation, and the lot size is a decent acre…that abuts about 100 acres of state land.
