Five-Figure Fridays: Big Indian Victorian, $85,000

It’s a one-picture post, folks, so be prepared to budget for a gut reno on this place. But its got some promise: a tw0-bedroom apartment (or writing studio!) over the garage, which makes five bedrooms and two baths altogether. We don’t know much else other than the location, on Route 47 which winds through Big Indian (most homes are either on, or just off, this road). It’s a very pretty spot.
