We were going to say that this was one of the cheapest houses in the Catskills until we heard about the $9,000 Newburgh house. But for $10,000 more, you can be in the sweet village of Delhi, in the far western Catskills, with the Project House, as the listing describes it.

And a project it will be. What does it need? Pretty much everything. It’s set up to have four beds and two baths, if you want to keep the existing frame in place. It has a teeny, tiny lot in town.
