Most of them are quite a bit pricier than the properties within the village, and although this one, which we found in our real estate listings section, isn’t super expensive, given that it’s only 810 square feet, you’re really paying for the lake rights to Swinging Bridge Reservoir.

Given it’s size, it definitely “cozy”, but it does have a stone patio, second floor balcony, and the living room opens directly onto the lake. Includes a finished basement. We’re thinking cute little vacation lake house about 90 minutes from the city and about 15 minutes from the village of Monticello.
