From the Listings: Roxbury Octagonal Yurt, Price Reduced

We wrote about 167 Hunters Lane in Roxbury back in February, when it was priced at $138,000. Now this two-bed, one-bath prefab yurt with mountain views has a modest price reduction, down to $134,500.

We still like it: the views, the garden, the decks, the efficiency. If we got it, we’d probably go a little retro on it: paint it orange, get some late 1940s salvaged cabinets in the kitchen, maybe one of those retro refrigerators in avocado. A nice retreat for a very small family or folks who want some country solitude.
