This weekend, take a tour of a green-home-to-be. Columbia County-based developer Neil Costa has partnered with green home manufacturer Blu Homes to “sustainably develop a dozen home sites ranging from five to forty-five acres.” You won’t get to actually see the Breezehouse model they’re planning to build in Columbia County, but you can see the sites, hear a spiel about the big plans, and, heck, maybe there’ll be some free fair trade coffee.
