And here’s the antidote to the Minimalist Modern property we posted about earlier today: A warm, piney Arts & Crafts cottage on a sweeping 42 acres of land, also located in Ulster Park. And we use the term “cottage” relatively loosely in this case as the “cottage” in question is actually over 2200 square feet with a spacious interior (note the huge kitchen), big bedrooms (the master has its own mini-balcony), and high ceilings on the second floor. We adore the old-fashioned rustic wood plank floors and rough ceiling beams (listing says some of the wood finishings were taken direction from the timber on the property), but we’re very curious about the inside of the detached heated studio space included.
