Get Thee Upstate, and to the Pig Roast

Yep, some NYC chefs and some upstate chefs are joining forces this weekend for a sort of competitive pig roast–may the tastiest pork win. It’s happening this weekend in Jeffersonville, at the Bridle Hill Farm. Vegetarians, fear not: veggie sides on hand, as well. More here.
