This according to Gosspis of Rivertown, which reports that “Fish and Game, Zak Pelaccio’s new restaurant on Third Street, is expected to open around the middle of April. The Barlow, Hudson’s first boutique hotel, is planning its grand opening on Memorial Day weekend. And there’s another new eatery hoping to open before spring is over and summer begins: Hudson Food Studio.” The latter will feature southeast Asian cuisine.

Interesting that Hudson gets such food buzz from downstate media outlets, don’t you think? Of course, some of it is real estate buzz of a sort, as we all hanker to get inside the beautiful building that houses the restaurant-to-be.
