Ah, we love a charming old farmhouse, and this one seems deceptively large for how it appears in the photos. Nearly 3,000 square feet, to be exact, plus another 15 or so acres on the outside. The kitchen is a mite too small for our needs (although the listing very honestly admits that it could use an update, which is candor we appreciate and don’t always get when it comes to sales listings), but the dining room is certainly large enough to accommodate a slightly larger kitchen…or is that too much renovating for a circa-1850 farmhouse? Love the exposed beams, screened-in porch, both the fireplace and the wood stove, and the floorboards. Pretty view of the meadow from the screened-in porch, too.
