Greenville Cape, $249,900
Kandy Harris | July 13, 2012Sometimes it’s hard to tell how cute a house is when there are so many knick-knacks and chachkas obscuring the view. This circa-1792 former parsonage (we’d love to see what the church looked like!) in the town of Greenville sure seems adorable, but it’s a little tough to see past all the stuff. Still, we like the archways, wood floors, fireplaces, and the recessed windows in the living room. Property is not terribly big, less than a half acre, but it’s a pretty yard with lots of trees on a corner lot, walking distance to a restaurant and a pub in the hamlet of Freehold. The house itself is a decent size, over 3000 square feet, and includes an apartment, according to the listing. We would probably redo the pink walls.
