High Falls Conservancy Presents a Summer Garden Fair, June 27
Kandy Harris | June 25, 2015Gardening aficionados both pro and amateur, you won’t want to miss this one: The High Falls Conservancy, which works tirelessly to “preserve the past, to protect the present, and to plan for the future of High Falls,” is holding its First Annual Summer Garden Fair at the Black Barn, 4-8 Bruceville Road, High Falls hamlet. The event is free and offers talks by experts in all matters green by reps from Cornell Cooperative Extension, Mohonk Mountain House, Hudson Valley Seed Library, and more. But it’s not all talk. There will be demonstrations, presentations, book signings, some kids’ activities, and changes to pick the brains of those who know a thing or two about gardens grow. The Summer Garden Fair is this Saturday, June 27 from 10am-5pm at the Black Barn in the center of the hamlet.
