Introducing Our New Feature: Five-Figure Fridays

We are very excited about this new weekly post by my downstate neighbor and fellow upstate traveler R.J. Tolan, whose musings on non-real estate matters can be found on his Procrastinet site.  R.J. will track down upstate New York properties for sale for less than $100,000, and there are a couple on his list today that are extremely enticing. R.J.’s bio is below, and his post is following in just moments. Look for it every Friday.

R.J. is a writer and theatrical producer and director, and has been co-Artistic Director of Youngblood, Ensemble Studio Theatre’s program for playwrights under 30, since 2003.  He lives in Brooklyn with his wife and two sons, and daydreams constantly about “a little place upstate.”  For now, they’re making do with Boba, their beloved 1984 Chevy camper van.
