ISO: The Perfect Place (Can You Help?)

Here’s what our reader desires, and he’s asked us if we can help him hone in on the perfect spot.

The criteria:

  • waterfront (pond or lake, or, heck, river)
  • mountain views
  • not too close to neighbors
  • close enough to a down with decent coffee and good groceries
  • preferably somewhere between rhinebeck and hillsdale
  • in the $300,000 range

Does such a spot, let alone such a property, exist? Do tell.
