Kinderhook Colonial + Pond, $295,000
Kandy Harris | June 29, 2012We’re leaving Kinderhook this week with a touch of kicking and screaming. We like it so much. And it was tough choosing ithe properties we chose, and although cute Colonials are fairly abundant in the village, this one caught our eye particularly because of the pond/foot bridge area on the property. So pretty and peaceful. We would hang out there a lot.
Nice interior, too: Lots of windows, wood stove in the living room, built-in book shelves. Located about 3 miles north of the village of Kinderhook on two acres off of a country road, and although there are next door neighbors, they’re fairly well secluded behind some trees and vegetation. Otherwise, it’s surrounded by a whole lotta farm land.
