Kinderhook (Niverville) Victorian Farmhouse, $224,900
Kandy Harris | June 28, 2012This is a great little Victorian in Niverville, a small hamlet in the town of Kinderhook. Simple, tasteful interior and an in-ground pool. Ornate front porch, nice built-ins in the dining room. Located on a little less than an acre, but it’s fairly close to the road, and there appears to be an agriculture service/fertilizer operation right across the street called Carovail. But hey! Looks like there are some trees and a little more open space on the opposite end of the house, so you know, that’s good. Overall, cute house, possibly in a less than ideal location, based on the fact that it’s next door to a fertilizer plant and all that that might entail.
