We’re not going to lie: we want to pull back a bit on the paint job and pull up some carpet, but that’s about it. The kitchen has been beautifully remodeled and there’s plenty of detail to drool over: “marble mantels, arched windows, ornate crown moldings, oak floors, and original brass fixtures.”

Four beds, 3.5 baths, over 3,400 square feet. It was sold for $365,000 in 2002, according to Property Shark. That’s kind of a sad statement for the Kingston real estate market, but shows you why we picked it for our best buy. It was last assessed at over $400,000, though, and the taxes last year were $12,429.51.
