The listing calls this a Victorian, and while we certainly see shades of Victorian around the exterior, the interior (and the year it was built, 1920) peg this as decidedly Craftstman-like. We’re not design/architecture experts, though, so we’ll let you argue the semantics. However, what it does appear to be is a nicely-preserved home that’s fairly large (over 2,500 square feet and 6 beds) on 8+ acres of land that includes lake rights to Sand Pond. We wish we could see more of the property itself, but this place would make a great home base for a large family looking to enjoy the Catskills near the water but not far from civilization (Livingston Manor is about 4 miles away).
