Livingston Manor Village Victorian, $145,000
Kandy Harris | July 6, 2012This Victorian is a great bargain turn-key property in Livingston Manor at $79/square foot. We’re did a bit of head-scratching over why it’s so inexpensive, but we suspect it’s because the more expensive properties are near lakes, while this one is nestled right into the hamlet, walking distance to everything. The lot size isn’t very big, just a tad over a quarter-acre. The taxes are pretty cheap.
It’s a decent size, nearly 2000 square feet, and we like the bath, wood floors, and stained-glass windows.
