What does it mean to be a man in the 21st century? Filmmaker David Sampliner aims to find out in his documentary, My Own Man, which will be screened during the Big Eddy Film Festival in Narrowsburg on Saturday, September 20th. The film festival opens the night before on Friday, September 19th with Goodbye to All That, preceded by the short film, Dig at 8pm. All screenings during the festival will be at the Tusten Theater, 37 Main Street, Narrowsburg. A crisp $100 bill will get you an all-access pass to the entire festival, including the Saturday evening cocktail party. Individual movie tickets are $15. There are even animated short films for kids on Saturday morning and Sunday afternoon. Here’s the full Big Eddy Film fest schedule.
