March Gallagher Appointed CEO and President of Community Foundations of the Hudson Valley
Alex Simeoforides | September 10, 2015Community Foundations of the Hudson Valley (CFHV) has selected Ulster County attorney March Gallagher as their new President and CEO. Gallagher has served on the board of multiple non-for profit organizations dedicated to economic and regional development. Community Foundations exist to improve the quality of life in their respective area; including everything from health services and education to the arts and community development. CFHV has been a pillar of Hudson Valley growth and development since 1969, having donated more than $29 million in grants over the course of its existence.
A press release from CFHV quotes Ms. Gallagher: “I am thrilled about the opportunity to lead the Community Foundations of the Hudson Valley on the next part of their growth as the organization works towards its 50th anniversary.
