Margaretville Victorian, $349,000

This Victorian is close to town, and I like its mountain views and lush landscaping. There’s a preponderance of avocado green that would need upgrading to something a little more 21st century, and a few other cosmetic alterations for my taste. And it’s a bit pricier, at $159 per square foot, than some of the other places we’ve been looking at this week, so I’m thinking you could pick it up for less if it captures your heart. It’s also closer to Fleishmans, which has a tremendous amount of affordable real estate, than it is to downtown Margaretville. Do our Delaware County-loving readers think it’s worth a look?
