Margaretville Victorian, $369,000
Kandy Harris | June 18, 2012We took a drive past this property when we were in Margaretville recently. Well, not intentionally. It’s on a very well traveled local road, and the two lions flanking the walkway up to the house caught our eye immediately. Although it’s located on a busy road, it’s set back and up on a hill, giving it a little distance from cars whizzing by.
It’s a decent price for its size: 6 bedrooms, 4 baths, 4,500 square feet and $82/square foot, plus it’s on 4 acres. We like the big rustic stone fire place in the living room, but we were bummed that there were no pictures of the kitchen. And check out the out-buildings, especially the white building with all the windows. Love it. What’s it like in there?
