We fancy this affordable, modern cottage in a great location: Waterfront, equidistant from either Kingston or Rosendale (depending on whether you want to go north or south), and located on a dead-end street. Lot size is a bit bigger than a half acre, and we love the expansive deck and uncluttered landscaping. The interior is clean and bright, and the kitchen seems surprisingly roomy, considering that the cottage is pretty small.  We could definitely see ourselves spending some lazy upstate weekends here.
