Napanoch Village Colonial, $125,000
Kandy Harris | September 18, 2013Another cute, inexpensive 19th century Colonial in Napanoch. It’s really all about the details that drew us in, like the original moldings, arched entryways, stained glass windows, old-fashioned doors, and plank flooring. There are plenty of windows, so lots of natural lighting, and even though the lot size is small, it’s been laid out well, with a little stone patio and a fence to provide a semblance of separation between the property’s nearby neighbors. Kitchen is very roomy, and we love the checkerboard floors there and in the master bath. Located right in the middle of the hamlet. If you take a drive down this street, be careful you don’t tweak your neck while trying to catch a glimpse at all of the great houses in this area. Use Google Streetview for a fun preview.
