Nature-iffic Seasonal Cabin on 11 Acres in the Trout Fishing Capital of NY, $99,900
Staff | February 10, 2017
The cabin is only 20×20 inside, but outside, there are over 11 acres of land upon which to enjoy the gorgeous surroundings. Situated in the northern Delaware County town of Roscoe, the cabin features a simple layout with living room/eat-in kitchen combined on the first floor and sleeping loft above accessible by spiral stairs. The centralized wood stove is sure to provide warmth when the nights start to get chilly, but, again, this is a seasonal cabin.
Love to fish? You’re in the right place. Roscoe is known as Trout Town USA and is situated at confluence of the Willowemoc Creek and the Beaver Kill, providing great angling opportunities for those inclined to dip a lure. This cabin is close to the Beaver Kill for fishing and kayaking/canoeing, and there are also plenty of places to hike and hunt in the area. Don’t feel like leaving the property? Can’t say that we blame you. Hang out and tend your garden beds in the backyard, instead, or invite friends over to grill out.
Interior is neat as a pin with wood floors, skylights, and plenty of kitchen counter space. Comfortable inside with a pretty piece of land. What more could you ask for out of a simple cabin in the Catskills’ woods?
324 Madigan Lane, Roscoe (Keller Williams)
