Need 7000 Square Feet + 20 acres for less than $1 million?
Kandy Harris | May 7, 2015Hey, it’s none of our business why you might need so much space. Maybe you’re the Duggar family. Or, maybe you’re finally starting that sister wife compound you’ve been dreaming of. Or, maybe you just want to open a country inn in the Catskill Mountains. Or, maybe you recognize a bargain when you see one, and $96/square foot (listing price is $649,900) and nearly 20 acres of land is not a bad deal. The interior looks nice, although it appears that some portions of the house (seems like it’s the top floor) needs some finishing work. But oh, those multi-level balconies, we adore them. Same goes for the massive back deck overlooking the pond. This place definitely has old-fashioned inn written all over it. Located in Cochecton, Sullivan County, just a few miles west of the Bethel Woods Center. Additionally, it’s about 10 minutes from where the Trailways bus stops near Callicoon. Sounds like a good place for an inn to us.
205 Mueller Road, Cochecton (Malek Properties)
