New Farm-to-Table in the Hudson Valley: The Amsterdam Restaurant Opens Tonight in Rhinebeck Village

The Amsterdam is opening its doors for the first time in the heart of Rhinebeck village on April 26th and will be offering farm-to-table fare that reflects Chef Sara Lukasiewicz passion for supporting local farmers, producers and artisans.
Additionally, the Amsterdam’s space is a c.1798 Dutch townhouse known around town as the Asher House completely renovated by owners Howard and Chris Jacobs, along with Siobhan Barry of dash design.
