This 500-square foot Tiny House is situated in New Paltz village’s historic Huguenot Street, an area occupied by 18th-century stone structures built by the French Huguenots. You’ll be surrounded by a modern and airy interior in this bright studio space. Accommodates four guests with an air mattress (provided), but perhaps better for a couple. Note that there is no kitchen. $115/night.

No. 2 – Woodland Retreat Near Mohonk Preserve

Looking for something a bit more out-of-town? This studio is right next door to Mohonk Preserve and its stunning views while still within five minutes of New Paltz. Sleeps four guests in queen-sized sleeping loft and fold-out sofa. Includes a cooking nook and an in-ground infinity pool, you guys. $175/night.

No. 3 – Rustic Milk Barn on a Working Farm

Finally, for the truly adventurous, here’s a milk barn with two sleeping lofts accessible by ladder. Includes running water, kitchen, living room, and bath with composting toilet. Sleeps three guests and situated on the west side of the Mohonk Preserve, about 8 miles from New Paltz and 3 miles from High Falls. $85/night.
