Newburgh Brick Victorian, $339,000
Kandy Harris | November 26, 2013There are certainly no shortage of beauties in Newburgh, but there are certain neighborhoods that are more desirable than others. The Montgomery Street/Grand Street area not far from the waterfront is one neighborhood we particularly like, and this circa-1860 brick Victorian is so easy on the eyes. It has a lovely, bright interior with a white-washed brick living room fire place, loads of windows, shiny wood floors, and spacious rooms throughout. But most importantly, get a load of that view of the Newburgh Beacon Bridge over the rooftops. We would never get tired of seeing that. Lot size is small, but the house is surrounded on all sides by other beautiful, historic homes.
