Newburgh Rowhome $137,000
Cher Vick | December 3, 2012
Rowhomes like this give Newburgh it’s distinctive urban feel. This home is being advertised as a “turn key property” focusing on the 3 units that can be rented. It is a property worth a look however, 3 units might be a bit much. The façade doesn’t look original. It would be wonderful if this property fell into a preservationist’s hands. The porch although functional, takes away from the character also. The inside doesn’t have much to holler about. There are some original mantels and moldings. But again, extensive work needed if you love original historical details.
