It’s going to be a rough week here at Upstater HQ. There are dozens upon dozens of gorgeous Victorians in Oneonta, and alas, we can only pick 5 properties to talk about. How do we choose? We found the Victorian seen above by closing our eyes and pointing to a listing, and it’s as cheery on the inside as it is on the outside. Tons of new fixtures and appliances, plus a screened-in porch, mud and laundry rooms off the kitchen (which is awfully cute, by the way), and a full basement. It’s walking distance to lots in town, including SUNY Oneonta and Hartwick College, both of which are right next door. Could be a car-free living situation, since there’s a Trailways bus stop on campus.
