Yes, this house was built in 1974. Yes, we know that’s pretty far afield from the standard mid-mod time period (approx. 1930s-1960s). Loads of space all around, as well, with 3000 square feet of space within and 8 acres of land without. The detached garage is waaaay not mid-mod, but it does include an office/guest room on the second floor. Located about 10 minutes east of Pawling, which has a Metro-North station. Those property taxes are ruining the fantasy of it all so we’re just going to plug our ears and close our eyes and pretend they don’t exist.
