Oh, how we long for better pictures of this nearly-3000 square foot farmhouse for such a reasonable price. We like what we can see, but the cynic in us worries that the reason we’re only seeing tiny, isolated sections of a house means that the rest of it is in completely disarray. Regardless, we can see that it has a smart little rocking chair front porch, French doors, lots of windows (and we love the wall color), wood stove, built-in shelves, and circa-1840 original details, like beamed ceilings. Listing says there are waterfalls across the road from the property, and it’s just a little over a mile from the hamlet of Pine Plains.
