Private Retreat in Phoenicia Village, $465,000
Kandy Harris | February 4, 2015Perhaps we can blame Phoenicia’s recent uptick in mass media shout-outs and increasing popularity with the fact that inventory’s a little low these days. The prices seems to be climbing a bit, too (in our completely unscientific opinion). We did, however, manage to find this beauty right in the village but located at the end of a dead end drive set against a mountainous backdrop. The fence provides a bit of privacy from the neighbors, but they’re still right there next to you. Pretty Craftsman-life interior with lots of windows, French doors, wood floors, etc. Includes an in-ground pool. Nice place. Too pricy for the likes of us, though. We’re curious about the additional structure right next to the house. Just for storage? Or maybe it’s a guesthouse? Pool cabana? Studio? What gives?
