Renovated Barn in Milan, $340,000
Kandy Harris | November 14, 2013The photos are a little mysterious, but we still like what we see here in this circa-1850 streamside barn in Milan, Dutchess County. We don’t know exactly what the interior looks like, unfortunately, but the pictures of the nearly-16 acre property are quite stunning and idyllic, with old stone walls and tree-lined roads and pathways. The barn has a covered porch that looks out onto the stream. According to the listing, the first floor is set up with living room, kitchen, one bedroom, and the bath, while the second floor is a second bedroom/loft space. The ceilings looks rustic with handmade beams (according to the one photo), and we know there’s a fireplace. Milan is located in northern Dutchess, east of Red Hook.
