Aside from the serious lack of cabinetry/storage in the kitchen, we really like it. Plus, it’s walking distance to Gardiner public library and Cafe Mio, as well as the Wallkill Valley Rail Trail. Stream and meadow on the property. Good news: Washer and dryer hook-up. Bad news: No washer and dryer. Not far from New Paltz and the Poughkeepsie Metro North.
