Formerly an Oddfellows‘ lodge and meeting place, it has everything you’d expect from a roomy loft: High ceilings, wide open spaces, plus hardwood floors and nice details like the wainscotting. It’s also next door neighbors with Otto’s Market. Plus, the listing says there’s an additional 1200 square feet available on the third floor. For $1200 a month? Not too shabby.
