Could this Cape Cod in the Sullivan County hamlet of Livingston Manor be any more adorable? We love the white-washed interior that just begs for bright touches of color, like the current decor depicted below. According to the listing, the bathrooms have been recently renovated to reflect a spa-like feeling, with big tubs, new fixtures, benches, tiling, and even towel warmers. Livingston Manor is an up-and-coming desirable destination around the Upper Delaware, and they’re currently engaged in a big flood mitigation project.
