The village of Rhinebeck in Dutchess County might be the home of the million-dollar three-bedroom Victorian, but as you head out of the village, listing prices tend to drop. This 1970s Ranch located 3.5 miles east of Rhinebeck village might not be a fancified Victorian, but it’s a class act at a reasonable price with a few extras thrown in.
